Facebook publishing works with Facebook Pages. Personal Facebook profiles cannot be connected as publishing destinations.

Before you begin

Use a Facebook profile with sufficient access to the Page. The profile must be able to manage Page content and linked accounts. Limited or inherited access may prevent the Page from appearing.

Connect Facebook

  1. Open Accounts and select Facebook.
  2. Choose Connect and allow the pop-up.
  3. Sign in to the Facebook profile that manages the intended Page.
  4. Continue through the authorization screens.
  5. Select every Page you want available and approve all requested permissions.
  6. Choose the specific Facebook Page to connect.
  7. Return to Overlap and confirm the Page appears as Connected.
Facebook may reuse the account already signed in to your browser. To connect a Page owned by another Facebook login, sign out of Facebook first or use a private browser window.
